No cookies, no tracking. This website sets no cookie for a visitor browsing publicly and uses no advertising cookies, tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or fingerprinting. Its public pages ship no client-side JavaScript and make no third-party network requests. Hosting. This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA, acting as a processor. Vercel may process technical connection data (such as IP address, timestamp, and the requested URL) in server logs solely to deliver and secure the site; this may occur on infrastructure outside the EU under Vercel's own data-processing terms and standard contractual clauses. Admin area. The studio's own protected admin area (not visitor-facing) sets one strictly necessary, HttpOnly session cookie only after a successful staff login, scoped to that area only. Public visitors browsing the rest of the site never receive this cookie.

No personal data is knowingly collected from children; the site has no age-gating and no content directed at children.

Terms of service / AGB: not applicable at this time — this is a static informational website with no user accounts, purchases, subscriptions, or other contractual interactions. This will be revisited if that scope changes.

This website describes Solobit Games' internal, AI-assisted development workflow only. No AI system is deployed to visitors of this website, and none is built into any current Solobit Games game; any future visitor-facing or player-facing AI feature would be reviewed and documented separately before release.
